equipment monitoring, smart leak detection, and predictive maintenance. Built on
IoT-LogIQ with LoRaWAN wireless sensors, it delivers 19 integrated
modules covering the full asset lifecycle — from real-time dashboards and valve monitoring
to AI-powered maintenance forecasting, pool management, BACnet BMS integration, and resident
services. The platform supports bilingual operation (EN / ES) and integrates natively
with the IoT-LogIQ API layer.
